Captivating cuisine in the Casita!
Our 3-part progressive dinner ended with lobster on the beach. Our full menu consisted of filet mignon, watermelon salad, walnut crusted sea bass (jen loved it), grilled lobster tail, golden tomato soup with black garlic from Japan, homemade breads (x7) with flavored butters, steak tartar, etc, etc. Wine with every course and sorbet with glazed pineapple. Heavenly!!!
Fantino Fantastico!
The Ritz Carlton treated us to a progressive dinner at three of their restaurants; Fantino, The Club Grill and Casitas. The service was incredible -- they gave us a mini table for our purses and escorted us to the bathroom. The highlight was when the waiter pulled long stem roses out of his suit jacket -- smooth!

What a warm welcome to Cancun . . .we were greeted by fruity cocktails and incredible hospitality. We were queens for a day!!!
