Diving Desecheo

Diving around Desecheo was one of the highlights of our journey -- 150 ft visibility, turtles, eels, fish, and underwater caves.

Jobos Beach

Jobos Beach is considered one of Puerto Rico's best surf spots. In our opinion, it is also one of the area's most beautiful beaches.

The storm

As we were enjoying the cool waters of a hidden waterfall, a storm rolled in, leaving us with about 5 minutes to escape. The storm still got the best of us.

Flash Flood

With a storm approaching, we had about 5 minutes before a flash flood came rushing through the area.

Tarzan at a secret waterfall

Ben, King of the Jungle, shows his gymnastic abilities at this hidden waterfall in Puerto Rico.

Secret Waterfall

The garden of Eden paradise is known by very few, yet we managed to find the hidden path to this incredible gem.

Cofressi Restaurant

Yes, guilty . . .we are such suckers for those rum-filled coconuts!

Rincon Beach Resort

We have moved into a new hotel, this one slightly "different" from the previous place we site inspected. Enough said.

Secret take-out

Despite the fact we requested small portions, we ended up with about 5 full meals at dinner. The end result was "take-out on the down-low." Never leave home without a plastic baggie!
