Hands down, the best meal we had in Puerto Rico. It was the ideal way to end our final night on the island.

Rainy Day in P.R

Our road trip from southern Puerto Rico to the north turned into a rainy day. The brutal drive was worth it all once we arrived in old San Juan.

Mofongo

Typical Puerto Rican dish is mofongo (seafood stuffed inside a yucca and plantain crust). We know it well because we ate it 5,247 times! Okay, not really, but it sure seemed like it.

Cabo Rojo Lighthouse

The Cabo Rojo Lighthouse is located on the southwestern tip of Puerto Rico. Quite a view!
